Office Policies
Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment please call our office during normal business hours. Our staff may ask questions regarding the nature of your appointment to schedule you appropriately.

New OB patients please plan on scheduling your first appointment at 8 weeks. For patients with prior tubal or ectopic pregnancies please call staff to schedule your appointment as soon as you have received a positive pregnancy result.
Canceling Appointments
To cancel an appointment please call our office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Appointments
If you are running late to an appointment please call to let our staff know as soon as possible. If you are going to be more than 15 min late please let staff know so we can adjust our schedule accordingly, or possibly reschedule your appointment for another day.
Emergencies
For patients who are experiencing urgent medical problems please call our office. For emergencies that are happening outside or office hours please contact our emergency line. Please do not call the emergency line if you are not experiencing urgent medical problems.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency please, dial 911.
Prescriptions
If you need a prescription refilled please contact us during our normal office hours. If you would like to order your prescription through a mail order pharmacy, you may obtain a mail order form from your insurance providers website. Mail or fax the completed form, along with the written prescription from your practitioner directly to your mail order pharmacy.
